WOLFOX Warranty & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from WOLFOX ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL W.L.L (“WOLFOX”). This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the warranty for products and services sold by WOLFOX, ensuring your rights as a customer in accordance with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law.
General Warranty Terms
- Warranty Period: All products come with a one-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims require the original purchase invoice or receipt. Please keep these documents safe to ensure your rights.
- No Tampering: Warranty is void if serial numbers, warranty stickers, or labels are removed, damaged, or tampered with.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): Any product that is non-functional upon purchase must be reported within 15 days for support or replacement.
- Dead Pixel Policy: Monitor warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s dead pixel policy, which is final and binding.
- Final Sale: All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only offered in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product does not meet the agreed specifications.
- Store Credit: If store credit is issued for any reason, it will be valid for 30 days only from the date of issuance.
Returns and Repairs (RMA)
- Eligibility: Products must be returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Warranty does not cover physically damaged, unauthorized modified, or misused products.
- Process: Returned products will be inspected by WOLFOX’s technical team. If a defect is confirmed, WOLFOX will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Repairs or replacements typically take a minimum of 2 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s response.
- Coverage: Repaired or replaced products retain the original warranty period. If a product is unavailable (e.g., discontinued), a replacement product or a depreciated refund based on current market value will be offered.
- Temporary Replacements: Temporary replacements may be offered for WOLFOX-certified systems, subject to availability.
Customer Responsibilities and Legal Compliance
- Use products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Retain invoices and documentation to support warranty claims.
- Report any defects or issues immediately.
- Liability Limitations: WOLFOX is not liable for indirect damages caused by products, such as data loss or delays caused by repairs or replacements.
- Policy Updates: WOLFOX reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, in compliance with Bahrain’s laws.
Warranty Provider Disclaimer
The warranty for each product is provided solely by its respective manufacturer in accordance with their terms, conditions, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policies, and related procedures. WOLFOX acts as a facilitator between the customer and the manufacturer and does not assume liability for warranty claims, including but not limited to product defects, delays in service, or warranty outcomes.
In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to contact the manufacturer directly. WOLFOX will, however, endeavor to mediate and assist both parties in reaching a fair and amicable resolution in accordance with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law and our internal policies.
